Our priority is the safety of our guests and our staff, which is why we have put in place robust arrangements to minimise the risk from COVID-19.
In line with recent changes to the law, all visitors and guests must wear a face covering in public areas unless they have a medical exemption.
In addition, we have a number of specific arrangements in place affecting different users of the hotel.
As part of our efforts to keep you and our staff safe, we will no longer accept payment in cash and check-in will now take place from 4pm onwards.
To allow for thorough deep cleaning every day and to protect the safety of our staff, we are requiring guests to vacate the hotel premises during daytime hours.
The robust arrangements we have put in place to protect our guests and staff mean that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer show arounds for wedding enquiries without appointment for the time being.
We remain open for meetings, however, we are unable to offer show arounds without appointments.
