The County Hotel Walsall has recently refurbished all three bridal suites, as part of an extensive refurbishment, the biggest undertaken since becoming a hotel in 1967.

The three bridal suites have been completely redesigned in order to create a relaxed and calming environment as Ray Gilbert, general manager at the County Hotel explains:

"We wanted to make the rooms special so couples could retreat into their own private space after a busy wedding day. We deliberately chose colours that created a warm, gentle and inviting feeling in the rooms to encourage couples to forget about everything and relax.

"Being the most memorable day of your life we really wanted to make the bridal suites special. Inside there is a sitting area, flat screen television and the couple is greeted with champagne and flowers on arrival."

The bridal suites form part of the County Hotel’s comprehensive wedding package, Reception rooms are also available with the capacity to hold up to 180 people and a fitted dance floor.

As many guests have found, the wedding package can be a huge help as Ray explains:

"We aim to create a tailor made event for each wedding and are only too happy to offer ideas and make suggestions. Getting married can be such a stressful and draining time, we try to eliminate that and make sure that the guests and the families relax and enjoy the day."
